It is designed to be placed on both legs, and has a single control connected by a cable for each leg. It has 3 intensity modes, and is divided into three zones: feet, calves, and thighs. I have tried level 1, I will try to progress little by little. You have the mode that does it automatically and the option to do it manually. I recommend that you choose the mode and forget about it, so that only the zones change; you choose the intensity level 1, 2, or 3.
